Terms of service · Updated July 26, 2026

The rules for using Shield responsibly.

These terms form an agreement with Forg3t Protocol Inc. and govern access to Shield. By creating an account or using a paid workflow, you agree to use the service only for data and identities you are authorized to control.

01
Account responsibility

Protect access and provide accurate authority.

You are responsible for account credentials, accurate registration information, actions taken through your account, and confirming that submitted content or identifiers belong to you or are covered by explicit authority.

02
Acceptable use

Use privacy tooling for privacy work.

Shield may not be used for stalking, doxxing, surveillance, credential theft, unauthorized people-search, discriminatory screening, unlawful access, spam, harassment, evasion of technical controls, or infringement of another person’s rights.

03
Service and billing

Plans define access and limits.

Paid access begins through Stripe checkout and is derived from verified subscription events. Current price, billing interval, included capabilities, and limits appear on the Pricing page before checkout. Provider API charges remain with the provider account you connect.

04
Content, suspension, and closure

You keep responsibility for your inputs and decisions.

You retain rights in submitted content. You grant Forg3t the limited permission needed to process it for the selected workflow. Accounts may be restricted for security or misuse; you may initiate account deletion from the authenticated service. Questions may be sent to info@forg3t.io.

Talk to us before you submit sensitive material.

Send the workflow and account context, never passwords, API keys, payment details, or identity documents.
